Great Beds

We stayed while visiting my Daughter and it was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the Staff was great. I will definately stay there again my next trip to Kansas City.

Great room for the money

Pleasantly surprised with the furnishings and surroundings of the hotel. Breakfast exceptional.

Great Place!

The lobby area is spotless, the bed was wonderful, bathroom and living area was clean. If I'd suggest anything it would be to make the hallways brighter. In the morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet. This place is a wonderful bargain and should receive more stars than it has.

Outstandeing Hotel

Our room was very nice, clean and updated. The hotel staff was very accomodating and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

No Internet connection

The hotel was OK--I had no internet connection because the signal would not reach to the backside of the hotel--very unsatified. They gave me a router booster, but it also did not work. I was there on business and it's impossible to do business without the internet.

Great value

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every one of them. From the friendly and courteous staff to the unique courtyard pool, this is a nice hotel. We appreciated the hot continental breakfast and the shopping nearby. There is a neighborhood feel to the area. We'll definitely stay here on any return trip to KC.

Good location and price

We meeded a suite and had more than adequate space. The free continental breakfast, upkeep of the pool area, and courtesy of the staff were all good. The only downside was that even though this is a non-smoking hotel, a previous guest had apparently smoked in our room, and the residual odor detracted from what otherwise would have been a good stay.
