We were very pleased with the hotel, room and service we received. Only thing I noticed there were no eggs for breakfast. Usually hotels have boiled eggs along with the waffles & cereal etc. Other than that we were very pleased. Great for the Money!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 5 of 10Nice facility, but bad experience
The hotel is new. Rooms are spacious. Staff was courteous. However, we were kept up all night by other guests yelling and running down the halls until 4:00am. There were some teens having a party. The hotel management or the parents showed little regard for other guests by allowing the children to behave in such a manner. My first stay at this hotel will be my last.

I was not satisfied with the service. Desk clerk knew nothing about surrounding places to eat - just said she was not from there. No telephone directory in the room. We called the number to the manager to complain about the service, and she was rude. The hot tub looked as though someone had put detergent in it - there were so many bubbles. When we told the front desk, they said they couldn't do anything about it - the maintenance man had already left. The breakfast was okay, but there were not enough people to service it. The front desk had to do both.

Everytime I went to the front desk, no one was ever there. Even if you waited 10 minutes. The hotel room had severe finish issues. The tile work around the toilet was poorly done. The bath vent was not installed properly. Breakfast was suppose to start at 6:00. The doors were not open until past 6:30 am. I never had this type of service at La Quinta before. I will stay at La Quinta again, but never at this one.

The way the hotel's employees responded to my stay was excellent. The rooms were clean and big and very comfortable.
