Definetly Recommend

Great value and location. Save money by staying here instead of paying twice as much. Very close to outlet malls as well.

affordable & convenient

Staff was pleasant & helpful. Beds appeared to have been replaced recently & were very comfortable. Only drawback to this hotel is no elevator to get to the second floor. We were able to get the last 1st floor room thankfully. With 3 kids it would have been alot of up & down on the stairs.

Not the best Hotel for the money

The hotel had a strange odor, including the room and bedding. Note that it was a non-smoking room. The cold water faucet shuttered periodically. We did not feel that it was worth the money.

Outstanding Hotel

The Staff was frendly and courteous on check-in and departure. The room was comfortable and CLEAN with comfortable furnishings. Bathroom was spotless...

Rooms could be cleaner

The location of the hotel was great, close to Universal. However, I felt that the rooms could be cleaner. The blankets on the beds were dirty and I could hear the noise of the cleaning staff and other hotel guests. I would not stay at this hotel again, but for the price I am sure it is a value for some.

Great Deal!

Very clean, very convenient location (if you are going to the Universal Studios Parks especially), downstairs staff very nice. Great Price for a clean hotel. Also, there are some mom and pop type attractions nearby that are really fun.
