Needs Improvement

For the price...i guess its OK. It was close to the airport and the shuttle was prompt but other than that its a dive...room was smelly and poorly lit... On the plus site, there is a pretty good bar next door that has good seafood.

OUtstanding Hotel

They picked us up at the airport within 10 minutes of when I called around 10 p.m. Room was "huge" and new pillow top king sized bed was wonderful. The reception staff was very courteous and helpful. Cold buffet breakfast the next morning was adequate and perfect for our needs. Transportation to the airport the next morning was fine. Overall, a wonderful experience and would do it again.

Needs improvement

The hotels needs to leave the water heater on at all times in the cold nights.

Iffy

Badly in need of good maintenance. Looked like they remodeled and ran out of money when they got to the bathroom. Convenient to airport, and bearable for the price, but nowhere near the standard to which we have become accustomed when staying at La Quintas elsewhere.

The room was a good value for the price. Breakfast was very mimimal selection. Mostly sweet rolls and children's cereal.

Great value near Orlando airport

This hotel was nothing special, except that it was clean, comfortable, convenient to the airport and was very inexpensive. Airport shuttle service was inconvenient - shuttle ran on the hour only. The complimentary breakfast seemed to be timed so that travelers couldn't eat breakfast. Coffee in the room was disgusting. The staff did not wake us up on time --- ten minutes later than requested.

The room was large with two comfortable bed. The bathroom did not look great but was very clean.

Worst Hotel I Have Ever Stayed In

We expected a modest hotel since it was inexpensive and near the airport - what we received was the worst hotel stay we could have imagined. Our flight landed at 11:02pm and I called right away to see if the hotel shuttle could pick us up (normal hours are 5 -11). They wouldn't make an exception even though it would have taken less than 10 minutes out of the shuttle driver's evening. When we finally checked in, we were given a musty smelling room as far from the lobby as possible. Trying to find the room was difficult since on our way we happened upon some shady looking characters in the parking lot outside our room door. Needless to say the deadbolt was locked that night! The room was sort of clean, but there was a dead moth on one of the beds and I tried not to look closely at anything from that point on. The continental breakfast was edible, but the lobby smelled weird. We cancelled our room for the night before our departure flight at stayed at another hotel - only $30 more and well worth it!

great room for the money

EXCELENT customer service. great location, close to the airport, good trafic. Close to the principals road like 528. It is a great place to stay in your way to or from the airport.

the only downside to the room was the dreadfull smell of smokers plus the ash that was still on the floor not very pleasent at all

Cheap room, not bad.

For the price, it was an okay room. Very close to the airport. Staff was nice. Breakfast left a lot to be desired but, it was better than nothing.
