Room was clean, small

I would have preferred to have a lounge chair in room. The room was small compared to the price of the room. The room was clean and the bed was more than adequate.

I stayed at this hotel with my mother and 2 dogs and the staff was superb! They accomodated us in every way and I would absolutely stay here again when I am in Missoula,MT. Trust me you will love this hotel and the service they provide : )!!

Better than most road side motel.

The room was a little crowded for 4 people not roomy at all but ok.. The toilet was dirty with something brown may not have been flushed after use or cleaned. The room did not smell old and musty and did have up to date decore and appliences. The pool area is ok but really small. There was only one exit because the pool patio doors where locked.

breakfast was poor parking lot is too small. A vehicle with a trailer in front of us, could not turn around in the parking lot (no circle) so we had to back out, so they could back out.

This hotel has an wonderful swimming pool and spa!! Great location! And a clean hotel ^^

needs improvment

THERE WAS PET HAIR IN THE BEDS. EVIDENTLY THERE HAD BEEN A DOG SHOW IN TOWN AND STAYED AT THIS HOTEL. I AM SORRY TO SAY THEY STAYED IN EVERY ROOM ACCORDING TO HOUSE KEEPING. I SHOULD THINK THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SEGREGATED ROOMS FOR GUESTS WITH PETS AND THOSE WHO DONT WANT TO SLEEP WHERE DOGS HAVE BEEN SLEEPING.OTHER WISE THE ROOM WAS CRAMPT AND LITTLE ROOM TO MOVE IN. I AM THANKFUL WE ONLY STAYED 1 NIGHT. THE STAFF WERE VERY APOLOGTIC. THEY CHANGED THE SHEETS AND GAVE US SOME 20 0/0 DISCOUNT FOR THE NEXT TIME BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU THIS WONT HAPPEN.

Great Stay

We stayed for a week over Christmas. Everything was great. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing; lots of choices. Very close to shopping. When we return to Missoula, we will be staying here again.

Good Value

I came to town primarily for a Griz game. Since the hotel is on Reserve, it's a short trip to the stadium. The room was reasonably priced according to the other hotels in the area, though probably more than I'd pay normally for an overnight stay for a football weekend. However, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast in the morning consisted of waffles, cereal, fruit, and bakery items. The beds were very comfortable and the noise from outside was minimal. However, the noise from the television could be heard from neighboring rooms. If I were a light sleeper, it may have been a problem. All in all, I'd say I had a comfortable stay, the area was safe, and the surrounding area had many nice restaurants.
