Great Hotel

Great hotel, got there at midnight and room was great. Morning continental breakfast was good. All employees were pleasant and hospitable. Great place to stay for the price. Very busy on the weekend. We had our little dog and was no problem. There were other families with dogs too. Will stay there again.

Needs better planning

I reserved a non-smoking room in the hotel and I got there by midnight. They said the room was not available anymore and that they could change me to a smoking room. I went to the room but I could not stand it. I went back to front desk and after about a 45-minute wait, they gave me a free upgrade to a non-smoking room. Stay was pleasant after that.

Needs help

Lots of deferred maintenance and the property is dirty - carpets not clean, telephone dirty, even a dirty towel -- not good.

Good hotel for the money.

I had concerns about the hotel because of the cost but was on a budget. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was and the overall condition of the hotel. I would deffinatly stay there again.

Definitely a deal for the cost!

The front desk was very accomodating in several contacts that I had with them. I did have to move to another room (hassle) due to the roaring sound of fans--or something loud on the roof. Don't understand why they would put anyone there. Otherwise it was a nice, clean stay. Breakfast was an added convenience.
