Trip Type: Romance Review 17 of 39Great stay.
Was a little annoying to get to if coming from the direction of Dallas, as you have to exit off 1 exit pass it and U-turn around to get to it, but other than that the room was exceptional, the staff was polite and helpful, and it was a very good all around hotel.

I found that the hotel was, for it's price, a good stay and was convienent for all my travel needs. They could, however, give more than one bar of soap if there is more than one person in the room. The staff was very polite and very helpful.

Trip Type: Family Review 23 of 39Wonderful Hotel
I was pleasantly suprised by the looks of the room, cleanliness etc. The air conditioner worked great, possibly too well. The beds were extremely comfortable. I felt safe the entire time I was there and I never worried about my car in the parking lot. I definitely got what I paid for in this room, plus some. The hotel staff was wonderful, they were pleasant to deal with as I saw someone different every morning I came down. The hotel was located right on stemmons freeway so you could get right on it and go anywhere in no time. The only time that noise was a bother (traffic) was if the air conditioner was off and even then it was about the same as having the a/c on.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 24 of 39WOW!
We were in Dallas for golf tournament. This hotel is near everything. If you love shopping, eating or just relaxing, this is a nice home away from home. The beds were comfortable, nice pool area and courtyard. All staff members very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was a perfect start of the morning. Highly recommend!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 30 of 39Needs a lot of maintenance?
It took three tries to get us into a room. The first room smelled like a bad combination of smoke and mildew. Appearance wise, the second room was slightly worse than the first, but at least it didn't smell. However 5 minutes after turning on the air conditioner, we found ourselves on extremely wet carpet. After ten more minutes, we were in our third room and final room. Things only got worse when my wife and daughter arrived 8-hours later. My wife has been in the hospitality industry for over ten years. So the very next day, she evaluated and pointed everything out: -Ring around the tub indicates housekeeping isn't doing a good job or there is a drainage issue. Turned out it was a very slow draining tub. -Shower curtain to short and to heavy for the small bathroom. The heavy opaque shower curtain came down about an inch into the tub and barely prevented the water from escaping. -The air conditioning units ALL need to be replaced as indicated by the water stains around the door and a/c. It took several hours, but the ac did leak just not as bad as the second room. -Housekeeping: 2 adults plus 2 children equals a family of 4. We kept receiving only three sets of towels. Also it's a good thing we always bring our own soap & shampoo. -Carpets need to cleaned and a better done at cleaning the rooms -Room sprayed for bugs (bed bugs) -Lumpy mattresses - bad/broken springs -Service and Staff was excellent My wife said I earned my middle name - cheap.
