we were put in a smoking room and all of our stuff ended up stinking after just one night! but overall the hotel was decent.

ENJOYED MY STAY

MOST IMPORTANT TO ME IS THE COMFORT OF THE BED. THESE BEDS WERE MORE COMFORTABLE THAN MOST HOTELS I STAY IN FOR MORE MONEY. USUALLY I DON'T SLEEP IN HOTEL, SO YES I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Great Service

Ryan the nighttime front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. It was a great stay close to Busch Gardens and several restaurants.

Convienient Location but needs work

Proximity to Busch Gardens was perfect! OK price. Bust needs some TLC. Not the cleanest hotel... but sufficient.

Fairly Priced, Great Location

About as close to Busch Gardens as you can get. Fair price for the level of services and hotel condition. If minor improvements were made, this hotel would be a goldmine for lower rated hotels!

Great Hotel

The Hotel was beautiful, but the only thing I would have them change or work harder on is to keep the bathroom better. Some rust stains in the tub area and the tub was not as clean as I would have wanted it. Housekeeping was great, friendly and very attentative to my needs.

Pretty on the outside, but ugly inside

I was put in a smoking room even though I requested non-smoking and there were burns on the carpet and curtains. There were ants so I was afraid to bring and food or drinks back to the room. The bathtub had scum on the chrome. I was disappointed with the response with from the staff when I told them. On the bright side, the breakfast was convenient. The location was great.
