Great room for the money

Room was clean, comfortable and very accommodating.

this is a clean bed, hot water, working toilet in a convenient location. There are cheaper, but this place is cleaner.

This is an older hotel that has been nicely rennovated. Because of the older construction the rooms are well insulated from sounds from surrounding rooms, and the rennovations make them very comfortable. Breakfast is good and service exceptional. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Not Bad for what you need

For the price - this worked out fine. We just needed a place to lay our head and that was dog friendly. It worked out fine. Probably the best part was the breakfast. I was surprised with all the available choices. It just wasn't pastries, but eggs, sausages, waffles and more. Was a great way to start the day.

Good Basic Hotel

The bathroom was quite small, although the shower (pressure and temp control) was excellent. Overall a good basic hotel.

Could be better.

We were given a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke. There was even an ashtray on the dresser. The hotel had 2 floors and no elevator. The breakfast was fine though limited. Restaurants in area weren't very good. Pool was very cold. Cheap ice buckets leaked all over the table.

Needs little improvement, but ok stay

I liked this hotel for the price i paid, my only real negitive comment is that the hotel has only 2 floors and no elevator wich is an in convience if you have heavy lugage then you have to carry them up stairs. the only other thing was that they don't have a very good ventalation system I smelled cicarate smoke in my room from the 1st floor room under me. Every thing else was great from the front desk to how clean the room was and very nice beds. if your looking for a bargen then stay here other wise there is other hotels in the same square milage.

Good night's sleep

My room was in a hallway where renovations were being done to several rooms. However, the noise level was acceptable, and the only concern I had was for security, since the back entrance to the hotel was kept open during the day by a power cord running from the building to the parking lot outside. A washcloth from a former tenant was hanging on the shower curtain rod for two days, and the breakfast facilities were dingy and offered only the most basic fare. However, the internet access worked well, the bed was very comfortable, and the price was right.

Desk Service

My room wasn't cleaned the 2nd day of my stay. But the night clerk quickly delivered clean towels, coffee and cups when I called the desk. The test of good service occurs when things go wrong. I was very pleased with the front desk's response, and will definately stay there again. Also, the bar is nice and had a pleasant atmosphere.
