    The hotel is in an outstanding location, the personnel are extremely helpful and gracious and the public spaces are breath-taking. The restaurant is top-notch, although pricey. The biggest issue is the room design and condition. Our first room was beautiful - a corner room with two balconies. And no drawers whatsoever. And the lights went off by themselves after five minutes. We were moved to two other rooms, small by nice (had drawers!). However, the balcony doors wouldn't open, I had to call maintenance to get the A/C started and I could get no hot water. Very frustrating - but the cordiality of the staff, the location and the beauty (almost) made up for it.
