Amazing hotel

Loved the location and staff. Very friendly and helpful. We stayed there with our 3 yo and they were amazing with her as well. beautiful building and location. Central and safe. Close to the best shopping, restaurant, bars and business. Great pool ( small) and spa. Great welcome package. Great breakfast as well. Would stay there again in a heartbeat was worth every penny. Don't waste your time looking for another hotel in Sao paulo. We also stayed at sister hotel in Rio. We had a great experience there as well. Very nice staff. Had a postcard view of the copa beach from our balcony to the left and statue of jesus the redeemer on the right(room 1905). Beautiful rooftop pool. Location is central but not as nice as Ipanema and Lebron. But the hotel itself was great. They also had a great breakfast buffet.

Very good hotel

Very good hotel. Excellent service, nice quiet rooms, and good, convenient and safe location (i.e. safe for Sao Paulo). Definitely not cheap, but not unreasonable for the level of service and for a 4 star-hotel. Would definitely recommend.

great locale and wondeful staff

L hotel was a great experience. the staff was wonderful and very welcoming and helpful. the space is very nice - a bit business focused but still very well appointed. the area is great. very active. close to everything including the subway. highly recommend this space.

Nice spa, very perfumed

This is a very pleasant hotel well-locted to the Av. Paulistsa area. Everything is clean, top condition, etc. Definitely not the hotel for you if you want something hip. Very traditional furniture, decor. Rooms were very perfumed (which I don't like but some people might like). The gym/spa is very nice with two wooden hot tubs in and a sauna, workout room and pool (not for laps). Room service food was fine but limited menu.
