    This hotel was cheap, but dirty. We could only imagine what was under the sheets we were sleeping on but did not want to look. The head boards had grease stains on them, from what appeared to be a persons forehead. They informed us at check in the air conditioning was not working, but thankfully it was cool enough outside to keep the window open. The carpet was very dirty and didn't look like it was cleaned for several years. Only stay here if you are looking for a cheap room in a great city.

    The Kyriad was a comfortable hotel (both room and lobby) in a quiet, but very convenient location. Check-in and check-out as a hotels.com customer could not have been easier. I'd be happy to stay in one of the large "quadruple" rooms again when travels take me back to charming (and delicious) Lyon.

Location.The eight-storey Kyriad Prestige Lyon is set in a contemporary building, located in the centre of France's historic city of Lyon. The River Rhone is 400 metres from the hotel and Lyon Old Town is 1.5 kilometres away. Lyon-Part-Dieu railway station is one kilometre from the hotel and Lyon Airport is eight kilometres away, an approximate driving time of 15 minutes.

Hotel Features. The Kyriad Prestige Lyon has a lounge bar, and the 24-hour front desk has a safe-deposit box and a separate concierge desk. Dry cleaning and laundry facilities are available.

Guestrooms.The 129 air-conditioned guestrooms, spread over eight floors, blend bright decor with modern, cherry wood furnishings. All come equipped with satellite TV, high-speed Internet connections, telephones, and air conditioning. Wheelchair accessible rooms are available.
