Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 13Excellent
If you are staying in Seoul and need a hotel for business or pleasure, this is the hotel to select. Parking is available and usually open. The location cannot be beat. Price is decent. Service and room comfort are exceptional. Save yourself some time searching and just pick this hotel. ^^

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 13Very Nice Hotel
The hotel was good. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The only negative was the high speed internet in the room did not work, otherwise it was a very nice hotel.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 13Great Hotel, location, value.
Very nice place in the best location of this beautiful city and country! Great for business or pleasure travelers as well! A few advises: 1. Limousine bus is the best and fastest way to get from and to Incheon Airport (do not try rail & subway, - might end up to 2.5-3 hours trip. 2. Restaurants in the hotel are quite nice, but also expensive. There are plenty reasonable ethnic places around. 3. Do not miss or forget to visit Deoksugung Palace, just 3 minutes walk South from the hotel.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 13Location, Location, Location
Koreana's central location saved us a lot of time when we were running to meetings, walking to Myung-Dong district for dinner or enjoying the Chung-Gae Stream across the street. The view from the upper floors include all the major newspaper buildings, schools and a partial view of the Dug-Soo Palace. The employees--from the valets out front and the concierges at the front desk to the janitorial staff--were polite, considerate and attentive. But stay away from room service food unless it comes bottled. Avoid the $7-$8 coffee at the hotel cafe and instead walk a few minutes to Dunkin Donuts, where prices are normal. Stick with noodles at the on-site Japanese restaurant.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 13Nice location
Tour bus stops outside (not that I had time to do that). Walking distance to many restaurants, bar, convenience stores. Very nice room and building. Good breakfast. I spend a bit of time in business hotels in Asia...this is well above average.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 10 of 13Good rooom for the money
I stayed in a regular room at the hotel. friend I was meeting got an upgrade for the first night and their room was far superior to mine. The hotel is within walking distance to many great locations and the staff is very attentitive and helpful and can forvide an excellent street map of Seoul. The carpet in my room was in need of a good cleaning and the dust had gathered in the corners/between the furniture but otherwise it was a good value for the money.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 11 of 13Comfort and Class
Staff, facilities, and location were all excellent. I was also impressed by the Hotel's spa and restaurants with three different kinds of cuisines. I travel to Korea often and have stayed in many other hotels; however, next trip to Korea I prefer to stay at this hotel.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 12 of 13Surprisingly Good
We weren't expecting the Koreana to be as nice as it was. It is clean and well maintained and the staff is attentive. It has a great location in central Seoul near City Hall, the city creek, the subway, shopping, major palaces and museums, etc. The only negative was a shower that leaked somewhat onto the bathroom floor, but a bathmat placed by the shower door alleviated the problem. I was accompanied by my wife and three of our children (ages 23, 21, and 10) and all of them enjoyed the hotel--and Seoul. The concierge made some arrangements for us efficiently and easily. We'd certainly stay there again.
