great hotel for the money

Excellent hotel for the money you pay. Clean room and a good basic breakfast (get up early or it's gone) This was my second stay and I had no complaints.

Don't you dare missing noon curfew

On September 24th 2009 I stayed for the 5th time at this hotel. On my previous stay I checked out 20 minutes past the noon check-out time. I checked in at 3am that morning and did not recieve my reserved king non-smoking room, I got a double smoking room. On this visit by 11:59am front desk called asking for my noon check-out, I asked for a few minutes for I was getting out of the shower. By 12:01 assistant manager was knocking on door, I asked for a minute and informed I had just spoken to front desk, she insisted saying that manager was outside to come out now. I came out in a towel, upset for this insistence. From across the corridor manager shouted that I was not a welcomed guest anymore for I countiniously checked out late, to leave right then and there. I felt so appalled and speechless, had to finish getting dressed in my car. Believe it or not. Managers name is DORA and said she was acting on owners instructions.

Good room for the money

Video cameras and security make you feel safer, and harder for any guest or employee to take anything from your room. Beds and surrounding was very comfortable and quiet. Good value for your money!

Outstanding Stay

I was a total surprise. I was not expecting much for the great rate we received. The staff was great, the hotel was clean, they served hot breakfast. It was a great stay and we look forward to coming back.

Nice

Good hotel in Pharr just down the street from the Nolana exit which is where all the restaurants and shops are at. Also good location for the night life. Not in the center of attention but convenient enough to have a good time then be able to get away from the madness.

Great hotel for the money

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The hotel staff was great especially Johnny...One thing that I really liked about this hotel was that the pool was opened 24/7...If you in the mood about taking a deep in the middle of the night, this is the hotel to stay in...You won't be disappointed...the breakfast was very good...and the hotel itself was very clean!!!

Needs Improvement

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to my destination but there were so many problems with it. I requested a handicap room and did not get it. they put us on the second floor and the toliet in the bathroom was not bolted down. the coffee pot did not work and when they moved us to the handicap room the next day it wasn't any better. the shower nozzle came off the wall and the a/c went out in the middle of the night.

Great clean room for your Money.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel.It was right by the highway and easy access to the San Juan Shrine. The staff there were friendly. And the rooms were very nice and clean. We would consider a stay there again.

Ok for the price

Hotel was a good deal for the price. Our room was quiet but only 1 of the 3 lamps was working. Not a big deal since we were only there at nights. The breakfast was good but the homemade cookies they offered in the afternoons were outstanding. Will definitely stay again.

BAD WEEKEND

i had reserved a non smoking room and when i got to the hotel they said that they didint recieve the reservation so they gave me a smokers room and all my clothes smelled bad.I dont recomend it to no one
