The location was convenient, and the price was low. Those were the only 2 good things about this place.

Disgusting

The lobby had a seat with a huge wet spot on it. The fire alarm went off almost all night (just ask the Southington Fire Dept.). There were 2 large pitbulls staying there (just ask the Southington Police Dept.). The refrigerator was so nasty that I earled on the floor when I opened it. I doubt they'll even clean up my puke. The toilet paper dispenser came out of the wall. Broken Lamp. Chewing gum stuck to headboard. Cockroach entered through the broken screen. Overpowering stench of weed in the 2nd floor hallway. T.V. was stuck in Spanish mode.

Discusting

The location & Price was the only thing good about this hotel, you couldnt walk on that nasty carpet. The light fixture in the bathroom nearly cracked my wife on the head. The sheets were horrifcly dirty we went to walmart to buy airfreshner for the cigarrette smell on a non smoking room clorox for the bathroom and extra towels. We ask for TP and the cleaning people looked at me with a clue less face "what is toilet paper". Hmmmm. The carpet by the vending machine was soaked. Never again.

Disgusting Room

Completely disgusting room. Couldn't walk barefoot in the room, toilet, shower, and sink were filthy! Looked like a one night stand room for drug addicts!

Don't stay here

Room and building was not clean, not kept up, and needed several repairs. Heat/cool unit didnt work, so there was no heat. Find somewhere else to stay, you don't want to be here.

Works for me

I didn't need an extremely fancy hotel for a fancy price. It was a nice place to stay and it was clean. The staff people were polite. It was very nice. It had everything I needed for homey comfort. You don't need to change a thing to get my recommendation.

Falling Apart

Building was falling apart -- door jams in bathroom loose, carpet stained in halls and room, dust on room surfaces, no matress pad on beds, two flat sheets (no fitted sheet), glass in doors and windows filled with finger prints. The second building (in back) is no longer in use, and the roof is falling off. I felt like I was staying in a place that had not been cleaned in months or years, and that was soon to go out of business.

the most disgusting, dirty, and smelly hotel I've ever stayed in. There was a bunch of half empty old beer cans in the night stand, a bag of smelly garbage in the TV cabinet, someones cigar in the desk, a cell phone the desk clerk woke me up to come in collect, and to top it off a autographed picture of a performer from a local strip club. I booked for 4 nights but checked out after one because it couldn't stand the smell and filth. Checked into a Marriott for the remainder of the week but my cloths that hung in the room for one night carried the smell all week.
