needs improvement

It's old and broken down. if you are going on the turn around on the freeway get ready to turn fast and furious because getting into the hotel is a challenge. Breakfast is toast and muffins not bad but selection of toase is one. carpet old and no house keeper to help out most of the day.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

THE ROOMS WERE DIRTY AND THEY HAD A FOUL ODOR. ALSO WE WERE LOCKED OUT OF OUR ROOM FOR NO REASON. THE ATTENDANT WAS VERY GOOD IN ASSISTING THOUGH. THE INN JUST NEEDS TO BE REMOLDELED. THEY ALSO HAVE A MOLD ISSUE FORMING.

Needs Improvement

The hotel was not full and we were put in a room right next door to where construction was going on. We left out the room early the next morning and did not return until late that night. When we came back the beds were not made or anything the only way we knew they had even came in the room is because the trash was taken out and a couple of towels were replaced (still not enough). I would definetly look for a different hotel next time.

Decent

I did not care for the spa which was barely warm and not that strong in pressure. Also, the continental breakfast needs to be upgraded a great deal. They were constantly running out of cheap donuts, cinnamon rolls, plates, bowls, cups, and various jams. If you like toast and raisin bran then you're all set, otherwise going out to eat breakfast would be a better idea. The room was nice and comfortable, it was just like in the photos. The housekeepers did a great job of cleaning up the rooms and making the beds. There was no HBO, something else that needs to be upgraded. Also, they have a coffee-maker but no packages of coffee.

Everything was okay just a few minor details carpets were dirty i only found one ice machine and was not working staff was prompt and courteous

Its Okay

The only bad thing about this hotel was me, my best friend, my little sister, and my four year old son had to sleep with a bug. It was under my pillow to. But other then that it was fine.

horrible service

upon arrival at the hotel I was charged for the hotel room and didn't authorize it. the next day the front clerk realized his mistake and tried to cover it up by telling me that he lost the paperwork and had me sign another bill with no balance due but never told me that he made a mistake. I only found out when I checked with my credit card company and then it took 4 days to fix the mistake with the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. if you do stay here please check your bill right away.

air conditioning problems

the air conditioning was not cooling the room, called front office twice, someone came and did something to it and it eventually cooled the room down before morning...pieces of hair were all over the bathroom. other than that everything else was ok. would have been nice if there had been a little coffee included with the coffee maker

Right price for the level of stars

For the level of stars it was the right price it was comfortable and quiet. I would've loved it if it would have been closer to where we were going but nevertheless I was satisfied. You are better off going to get breakfast elsewhere theres plenty of restaurants in the area.

BASICS

Eeven though my inital thoughts was to say no the Hotel staff put it over the top. Cleanliness could have been better, the Hotel has seen better days and could use a update, the Hotel Staff however was friendly and handled all our request. We were on a business trip and stayed in the room a minimal amout of time. My bottom line I guess is if you looking for the basics, nothing fancy, this Hotel with its great staff will meet these needs.
