Trip Type: Not Provided Review 2 of 58Poor service
Several little things wrong with the room (lights out etc) but more importantly the room smelled bad. They had vacancies, but when I told the front desk about the smell and asked to be moved I was handed a can of air freshener instead. Are you serious?!?!? Look elsewhere.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 3 of 58Very ordinary hotel
The hotel was quite ordinary according to the rate charged. It was like a standard motel and definitely not worth the amount. We just had to spend the night over, so it was kind of OK. The room was very small, bed mattress was not comfortable and there was a smell in the bed linen & towels.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 58WOW : (
What a joke this hotel was. Checked in around 9:30pm. Was woke up with banging on the door after 12:30am and proceeded to be "told" we "had" to move to another room because they gave us the wrong room!!! This was not our fault it was the hotels own fault. Don't know why I moved, dumb mistake. Moved us to a very inadequate room. The room had NO smoke detector, NO phone, limited bathroom supplies and absolutely NO outlets in the bathroom, NO refrigerator, extension cords run across the ceiling to plug in the air conditioner, a space heater blasting hot under the tv when we walked in and the tv was all blurry. This was my worst hotel experience ever and I have stayed at many types and ratings of hotels.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 58Needs lots of Improvement
Hotel was nasty, there was black mold growing in shower and on shower curtain, hole for drain wasn't properly drilled the water didn't drian. Ceiling was falling apart and were lots of cables coming down from ceiling. You got the feeling you were being watched in your room. When we left for the day the cleaning service never came into the room to clean room was just as we left it. People who own and manage are hard to understand with Indian Ascent. I would not ever stay here again it is way overpriced and needs major repairs. Bed also had crumbs in it when we got into bed so I doubt the sheets were clean in first place.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 10 of 58good and old
This hotel might be an older one, but for the price of it and location it works. You're in Niagara falls and it's not like you spend a bunch of time in your room anyway

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 58Not bad for the buck
It is always a roll of the dice when you shop for cheap hotel rooms. Usually the cheaper the crumbier. Knights Inn @ Niagara Falls, would be the exception. While the room wasn't perfect, the staff was courteous and stepped up to make the corrections immediately and provided additional material support for our comfort. They were kind, courteous, and eager to make our stay enjoyable. Worth the bucks for the service and satisfaction alone.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 58You Get What You Pay For
This hotel was run by a nice guy. Don't count on actually eating the continental breakfast because it consists of a toaster, a loaf of bread and some muffin packages. Also, there were hairs all over the bathroom and a dirty washcloth on the floor of the room. Kinda gross, but we were only there for one night because we just wanted somewhere to sleep as we passed through to see Niagara Falls. A decent location.
