you get what you pay for. rooms are clean and nice. building and outside and landscaping need some update. staff is helpful.not to bad to stay couple nights

good stay

we had good stay. they gave us free shuttle to fall. hotel is located only minutes away from the fall and mall though. but saved us th parking money at the falls. breakfast was ok. need more variety. not bad to stay for couple nghts.

its ok

not to shabby. building is old. but rooms are nice and clean. we had little problem with front desk guy, becuase we booked 2 beds and somehow in his reservation system it was showing one bed . and we were four people. but manager raj took care of us. staff was helpful and very friendly

great rooms and service. front desk staff was really halpful. hotels.com messed up my reservation with other knight in canada.but this hotel staff took care of everything. rooms are clean and smell withtheir inroom airfreshner they

Worst Hotel

Bad experience with this hotel, Room sucks. Manager is horrible, it is just one single floor hotel, inside it is not clean, bad. Breakfast sucks, just one piece of bread and bad taste of juice. I don't recommend anybody to this hotel.

Never ever try this hotel. Worst experience I have ever had. Restroom is not good, electric outlets are in real worst shape (can not be used at all). there was a small refrigerator..but it was not at all working. blankets were not good. floor was not good. air condition was ok. over all not at all good for family stay.
