Better and cheaper places nearby

The A/C unit was noisy, but it partially masked the traffic noise. The bed was rather hard; my wife likes to complain about such things but this time she had a point. They have wifi, but I was unable to connect after repeated attempts by the staff to clear the problem — I'll give them that, they tried really hard to make it work. The room was clean, no serious maintenance issues inside. Having a knee injury at the time, it was nice that all the floors are ground-level so I didn't have to worry about climbing stairs.

Need maintenance

The hotel needs maintenance inside and out. The sheets were stained and the overall room needed to be fixed up. Walls and sink had damage to them.

The room smelled like cat urine, the pool does'nt work, and don't even think about opening the mini fridge! It smelled like rancid meat.

Can't beat the price

Good hotel to stay at in the area. Clean rooms, quiet and safer than some reviews may lead you to believe. Didn't stay during a football or hoops weekend so maybe we lucked out on crowd. The lobby smells a bit and pool hasn't been open in 3 years but otherwise great value for your money.

Was disappointed that the pool was not working and has been out of service for at least 3 years.

Great room for the money

If you are looking for a good place to sleep cheap, I would not hesitate to stay here. The room was clean, but simple. The price was even LESS than the quoted price.

Needs Improvement

The customer service was lacking and there were no coffee machines or microwaves as expected from advertisement. Evening desk clerk rude and refused to assist my elderly friend who was looking for me in any way. There were fights in the parking lot after dark and I felt very unsafe.

Good Room for last minute reservations.....

Room was fine, clean etc. Only 2 complaints, there was no shampoo in bathroom, had to call front desk and go up to front desk to get some at 10 PM at night, and the TV picture seemed like all channels had a pinkish color cast to it. Otherwise room was fine.

Needs Improvement

The room was very musty. We had flies. The pool was shut down and looked like it had been closed a long time. Continental breakfast is a pot of coffee next to front desk,wiyh a table and chairs. The hotel is in sad shape.

It's just a basic hotel room if you need a cheap place to sleep.

The room was falling apart. It stunk and the floor was wet etc, etc.
