Great location

The room was ok, but the location was very convenient to shopping and dining. The continental breakfast was a nice extra.

Good location for summer.

Within walking distance of Kenneybunk center and close to the Franciscan Monestary and gift shop.

beautiful and centrally located

This place was much prettier than the photo. The rooms were roomy and clean. We were able to walk to the beach and then to dinner. I stayed with my husband and two teenage daughters. We all agree that we will be going here again next summer.

Great Location but in need of serious updating...

Hotel rooms are dark and dingy, with very old, worn capeting, cheap furniture, outdated, tired coverflets and shams, curtains, pictures, etc. Lighting was very poor. No coffee maker in the room, no telephone book, nor were there other amenities normally expected. Location was perfect, however, and the desk staff were very nice.

Fantastic Location

The Kings Port Inn is conveniently located in the heart of Kennebunkport with several unique shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Continental breakfast was better than expected with waffles made to order in addition to the usual coffee and muffins. The room was nice enough and relatively clean, but I expected more for the money. Memorial Day weekend rates were significantly higher than regular rates. Wireless Internet in the room was slow at times and unavailable at others. The website mentioned data ports in some rooms, but I could not find one in mine.

Great location

Great Location - within walkign distance to Kennebunkport shops and eats. Jaccuzi Tub is very nice. Overall nice place to stay.
