Appreciate Their Kindness

We had to evacuate because of hurricane Gustav and after traveling for 12 hours through the night we arrived at the hotel around 9:30am. Check in wasn't until 3pm but they let us have our room anyway. Thank you Key West Inn!

Needs some new things

We got there to the hotel and it was nice from the outside. The room was a liitle hot when we got in. The room itself was very clean and nice looking. But the bed hurt my back so bad I had a hard time moving the next day. The water perssure in the shower was terrible, it barely got the soap off of me. Overall, I was satisfed but they might want to invest in some new beds.

Needs improvement

The rooms need to be upgraded. Peeling wallpaper Burn marks on the furniture and carpet. Reception smelled with dead plants in the area.
