Good Hotel

The door what kind of hard to unlock with the card key. But other than that everything was good.

LOVED IT

It's located IN the parking lot of the Outlet Mall, next to a Cracker Barrell! You can't get any better than that for the price. Comfy bed & pillows too!

my one night stay

the hotel itself was very satisfactory in general. however i was disturbed by the actions of the hotel checkin clerk. i asked for a room on the first floor as i am physically handicapped with bad knees and am rated as disabled by the VA. there is no elevator to the second floor. the desk clerk told me there were no rooms available on the first floor at the rate i was paying from hotels.com; however if i chose to pay the hotel's upgraded price there were rooms available on the first floor. when i stressed that i was disabled and could not carry luggage to the second floor without difficulty she offered no help. i was forced to haul my luggage upstairs to the second floor room. this was my first experience with being discriminated against as a disabled person and i was disturbed by it. however, i'm sure the checkin person was just following company pricing policy and did not want to step outside the box and make a decision on her own. i checked in at approximately 8 pm. surely by that hour of the evening most rooms would have been spoken for and a first floor room, if unoccupied, could have been made available at the hotels.com price. the lesson learned here is to call the hotel in advance to check if they have first floor rooms available for disabled clients and also if they have an elevator to the second floor if there are no first floor accomodations open.

Maybe we'll clean it or maybe we won't

Cute hotel, but your rolling dice whether your room will get cleaned today or not. This is the 2nd time that at least one of the days I didn't receive any housekeeping. No clean towels or bed made. When I complained, the 1st time, I didn't get anything but towels brought. The 2nd time, I did get a housekeeper sent to my room but she brought her kids and boyfriend! Creepy huh! Guess I rather not have my room cleaned if the whole housekeeping family has access to my room. Otherwise, room is comfortable. Great beds! On arrival, bathroom could have been cleaner. Hair still in tub etc.

Clean rooms...haha

These rooms could be so nice, but the cleaning crew ruins hour stay. Our tub was full of nasty hair & half cleaned. One of the days we had to call the front desk because our room had not been cleaned at all. The asst. manager had to come clean it. We had a 2nd room and apparently the manager had checked it & said she would get it cleaned before the rest of my group came back from my dad's funeral. Well they must have called the housekeeper back to work because she drove up to our building, double parked, and brought her kids and boyfriend in the rooms with her. I don't particularly like non employees in my room with the ability to go through my things, but maybe I'm strange that way. At least beds are very comfortable & place is cute. Housekeeping is a problem each time I have stayed. (2nd trip that my room didn't get cleaned on one of my days. At least 2nd trip someone was made to come do it.)

Great beds

Walls were paper thin and there wasn't a coffee pot in room. Other than that,the beds are amazing and the room was clean. Very close to battlefield.
