Not a good choice

Hard to get to in Albany. It is not in a good section of town and it is not clean.

The Hotel was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was emaculent, and the pillows were so soft. It is conveinetly located to resteraunts and amenities. It was perfect, and pocket friendly!

Only One Thing Missing

I was comfortable;the only thing lacking was a refrigerator to keep my medication cool. The ice machine was in close proximity to room, which made it better.

Ok hotel...service response unacceptable

I have stayed in this same hotel before without any issues. This visit I had 4 dmajor issues: 1. 1 of my 2 room keys did not work the first morning of my stay...night desk clerk redid key - twice - and it worked (but 1 time only) 2. That afternoon, none of the keys worked - they had to all be redone - clerk said they were not done correctly in the 1st place (1 use only) 3. The TV was terrible, like the antenna was loosely connected or something - night desk clerk said he would have maintenace look at it during the day. 4. That afternoon we returned and the TV was unchanged... day clerk said she would get it fixed...NEVER DID GET FIXED OK Room...unreliable service

Great room for the money

We thought it was a pretty good motel for the price. The only thing was we didn't see any belgian waffles that was advertised for breakfast.
