Great location, ok hotel for the price

The bad: The elevator was the slowest I have ever seen in my life! The fitness center had 5 pieces of equipment, 4 of which were "out of order". Housekeeping missed our room one day and it took over an hour to get someone up there to clean. Showerhead was messed up - only sprayed out of half the showerhead. The good: The view was beautiful. The pool was very nice. Good breakfast. Price was affordable. Lots of places to eat and shop very nearby.

Don't Go

Bath tub would not drain, and ants in the bed.

Great for the Price!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Directly on the beach and not too far from dining/entertainment spots. Only problem i encountered was no hot water in bathroom. Had i realized this problem before 1:00 a.m. im sure i could have got management to fix i, but it did not affect my experience.

Get what you pay for

They are still doing improvements but it looks as if a off the street handyman is doing them and not someone who cares about quality. We had a new a/c in the top floor room but it was put in incorrectly so it leaked and half the floor was wet. Bathroom fan did not work and the door had looked as if it had been kicked in and then rigged to work again.

good hotel

This hotel is in a very good location and the staff had answers to all my questions even if they didnt know the answers they would find out for you and the rates were very good and had a very nice pool area. the breakfast could be better and the rooms need some maintanance on them but overall i was very happy with my stay

Good value for the price

Location was good & a nice breakfeast included. The carpet in our room was a little stained and the blinds were missing a couple slats but overall good value for the prices. Beds were very clean & comfortable.

Great room, great location, had some problems though

We got to the hotel right at check in time. We were sent to a room on the top floor and when we opened the door there were suitcases and clothing everywhere. We went to the lobby to tell them and waited an hour before we got another room. The key did not work for that room, so we had to go back to the lobby and they put is in an upgraded room for no extra charge. The room had some beer bottle caps laying around, but other than that it was clean and had a great view of the oceanfront. The room was very large so we did not feel crowded.

You get what you pay for.

The hotel has a fantastic location on the beach, and the pool is nice. We met nice people there too. Those are a plus. It seemed to be a place for families...not very quiet. We got the room just for two nights to make use of the beach, pool, shower and changing. We did not stay the night...I don't think I'd stay there to sleep. The beds are very springy, linens and bedding seemed old, as well as the decor. This is a very average kinda place that is in a condition of updating and repair. Elevators were out in various locations during the time we were there and it was apparent that they were making renovations (painters and repair men everywhere). If you need a cheap place and don't care too much about the room, this is for you. You can't beat the beach!

Outstandking Hotel for the money

I was pleased with the hotel. Only one small thing...the elevator was so slow. The breakfast was wonderful, clean rooms, and very friendly people at the desk.
