The hotel location was great. The biggest complaint was that you could hear everything your neighbors were doing. I wouldn't stay there again. Unable to sleep from every little noise throughout the night.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 360Good Experience.
Staff was friendly, helpful. Place was nice, comfortable enough. Location perfect. Parking good (their lot is small, so you may need to park at their garage a block away, which was fine for me.) Price great, tax was small and nice view of Clark st. from my room (smoking side of the building). Room was small but who cares? Bed was big, bathroom clean and closet was a decent-sized walk-in. Loved it and will return.

Water was out for two hours when I arrived. Room is slightly larger than bed. Staff tries hard.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 5 of 360Needs drastic improvement
We had a reservation for two nights. We were in room 410 and it was like stepping back to the 1960's with an outdated tv with only 10 channels. The bathroom was outdated as well. Also with it less than 40 degrees outside, the radiator heat did not work nor was there hot water for a shower. When the desk clerk was told about this, we were told to turn the radiator heat knob to the left and then the knob came completely off. We notified her again and she sent maintenance up who looked at it and said "nothing wrong with it, boiler needs to be turned on". After waiting a couple of hours, we checked out and went else where. We never did have heat or hot water. Thank goodness there were other vacancies at the hotel up the road. Would not recommend a dog to stay here! Also when we went to check out early the lady at the desk had attitude and said she could have given us another room if we had let her know- like we didn't- nor was it ever suggested during the phone calls about the no heat or hot water. Very sorry service for a very sorry hotel. Have never had a problem with any of the other hotels on hotels.com, but this one was a nightmare!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 360Great deal for price
I have stayed in the hotel before and it met all my needs the first time, so I decided to stay again. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and it is in a great area close to a lot of different things. If you are looking for a large "suite" type room this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for comfort and friendly staff this is great.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 360Parking is a PAIN !!!
The Inn @ Lincoln Park has a "European" quality ... the rooms are old and small, the bathroom is old and small, the bed is old and small ... the parking lot is too small to accomodate the number of cars ... even at 1 car per 10 rooms. Overflow parking is nearby ... but it is far from convenient.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 360Fair for the Price
This is an older hotel, so be prepared for window-box air conditioning, faded bedding, "vintage" bathrooms, and low on amenities for the business traveler. That being said, it's a great location, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was serve yourself and lots of choices.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 360Nice older hotel
This is a wonderful old hotel, quite convenient to public transportation. The neighborhood has always been laid-back, but this time street people were in evidence, especially later in the week. Otherwise, it's always enjoyable to stay at this establishment.

Well maintained "vintage" hotel in Lincoln Park. Walking distance to everything. Room was larger than expected (we might have gotten lucky). Staff was helpful.
