Nice spacious room at a great price!

The hotel was nice and the room was very spacious and had a kitchen, living room, large closet and everything was clean. The only complaint was that the hotel advertised it was 1 block from American Airlines Center and it was about 5 or 6 blocks. But overall, I thought it was a nice hotel.

Great rooom for the money!

I took my daughter to see a coincert inn Dallas at the American Airlines Center, the location was great! Shuttle took us and we had a very short walk back, they had drinks and a snack serverd before the concert and the food was very good. I will be staying there again for my next venue at the AAC. It is a great place to stay!

Outstanding place to stay

Covered parking, quiet place to sleep on extremely comfortable bed. Suite was roomy and beautifully decorated. Convenient to tourist places in the city. They even will take you, drop you off and pick you up at a variety of resturaunts. Above and beyond service

Great room--bad parking and food service

The room was very nice; however, the parking was not as convenient as it sounds. There aren't very many places to park per floor, so you end up having to park on another floor, going down some stairs to get to an elevator to get to your floor. Also, when we went down for breakfast, they were out of everything except toast and there weren't many seats for guests to sit.

Weird area - definitely need a car

The hotel is in a strange part of town - right on the outskirts of the trendy Uptown area. But, the hotel itself was fantastic. The room was comfortable, clearn and updated. I would definitely stay there again!

Pleasantly surprised!

The suite was clean and comfortable with all the ammenities of home and then some! Parking was safe and secure. Great stay for the money and we will stay here again without question. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us find a delivery place at midnight! Great customer service! Thank you!

Wonderful hotel in a great location!

I visited Dallas to attend an event at the Convention Center, about 2 miles from the hotel. Staying at the Hyatt Sumerfield was one of the better experiences of the trip. The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful, the location was excellent, and the rooms were great. There are many resturaunts near the hotel and a Walgreens nearby for the things you will inevitably forget to bring. I am happy saying that this was one of the more pleasant hotel experiences I have had.
