great place to stay in while you are in Big "D"

great place parking is very nice easy to get to. parking is $6.00 but no biggy. close to uptown downtown, the aac center, the ghost bar,house of blues.

Great Hotel

We were visiting friends in the Uptown area. This hotel was a 3 minute cab-ride from everywhere we needed to be. We were able to walk to Victory Park for dinner. The hotel rooms were very nice with very new decor. I would stay again.

This hotel was the best

This hotel was the best hotel I ever stayed in.The service was great and the people there may you feel like you was a home.I will go to this hotel again when I am in Dallas.

Outstanding Hotel

This hotel is very nice. Good location for going to the American Airlines Center. Can very easily walk to the center and feel very safe about doing it.Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

great location and great room - better customer service needed

The hotel was in a great location and our room was clean and had everything we needed! It was a huge room and great for the price! Now for the down side: The driving directions sent along with my confirmation email needed some serious adjustment as they were very confusing! Also, the staff at the front desk did not meet my expectations at all when it came to being helpful and customer service. For example, when I asked about the shuttle service I was simply told that "yes, they have a shuttle." I later found out, as I was planning my evening, that you have to sign up for the shuttle in advance, something the staff should have mentioned in the first place! Of course the shuttle was full by the time I got my name on the list! I would recommend this hotel, but make sure you ask detailed questions, otherwise you won't get all the information you need.

Great location to AA Center

We were able to walk to the American Idol concert. Shuttle was available too. The snacks provided with beverages on Thursday were yummy, hit the spot after a long day on the road. Only downer was we missed breakfast closed before 10am

Great hotel!

This hotel is excellent! The rooms are spacious...great for an extended stay in Dallas. Very close to Downtown attractions. Walking distance to the American Airlines stadium. The only drawback is that the hotel is on a one way street which was a little frustrating. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Dallas.

Exactly What We Needed

This hotel is in the Uptown/West End area. Close access to all interstates. The room itself was fantastic --- clean and cozy. The included breakfast buffet was larger than expected and very good. Not sure we were in a great part of town, but the only parking is in the hotel garage with inside access to hotel floors. Will definitely consider this hotel next time we go to Dallas.

Good urban Location

Location is ideal for the downtown Dallas sights and sounds as well as the business community.

"Pet Friendly"-At a Price

Read the fine print: though this hotel is "pet friendly," they will charge you a $250 non-refundable fee for your pet to stay with you. We didn't see the fine print and the man at the front desk was incredibly rude and unfriendly about the situation. He acted disgusted that we even thought to bring an animal into the hotel. Just want everyone to know so they don't repeat our mistake.
