Great Location

The Hotel was in a great location on the Riverwalk. The staff was helpful and the Hotel was clean and quite lovely.

Outstanding Hotel

The location was outstanding right next to the River Walk. The Hyatt personnel were the best ever... friendly, and very helpful.

The sensors were a little much

We were afraid to touch anything in fear of being charged extra for it. You'd think with the price of a room they wouldn't worry about a bottle of water. They put the ice bucket behind the bottled water and I accidently bumped the water bottle trying to get the ice bucket and they tried to charge me $5.00 for the bumped water. You couldn't even put your own cokes in the fridge. The pool was very very small. My mother in law booked us this room for our wedding anniversary. Overall it was nice. THE LOCATION WAS FABULOUS.

Room with no view

The hotel was fine and we declined the room upgrade at check in. Our room had no view--a patio with a view of the breakout room for seminars going on below us.

Great place to stay

This has one of the best workout facilities for a hotel that I have stayed at over the past couple years.

Outstanding Location

I really enjoyed the location of this Hotel. It was convienant to everything. Overall a great place to call home while visiting San Antonio.

Outstanding hotel

The hotel was gorgeous. My son plays college ball nearby and we have stayed there 6 times recently. We have never been disappointed. From the front desk to the restaurants, everything was excellent.
