Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 1 of 135Very Nice Room!
The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay before our cruise. The Bayside Marketplace is a 15 minute walk from hotel, and a must see. We felt safe in and around the hotel after dark. We do not suggest eating or drinking in the hotel unless money is no object for you.

The hotel is very old and need a refurnish urgently. Besides, they doubble charged me a valet parking service and I still waiting for the credit.

Great and lovely hotel if you must stay downtown- just don't wander around the area. The bar had the BEST mojitos and food.

Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. It cost 40 a day for valet otherwise you had to park in a parking garage and pay 12.95 each time you left. Would have been nice to know that they were going to charge us to park our car. Wouldn't recommend the hotel because of that.

The room i got was very nice. The view from the window was also very good. The only bad thing was parking. You have to pay $12 every time you go in and out. That too the parking was not within the hotel, you have to walk a bit.

This was a great hotel. We stayed on the 23rd club floor which was very nice. The hotel is located down town at the conventention center with in close walking distances to the port harbor and park. The hotel is conviently located near the Port of Miami close to the cruse ship departure and arrival. Clean with modern decor. We used room service and ate in the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to those who are taking a Royal Caribbean cruse or any cruse for that matter. It is also a short taxi ride to the airport.
