Outstanding Hotel but needs improvement

This is a great hotel with few convicence features. I love the swimming pool, gym, and the view of the lake. However, the interior of the room is little bit old. The air condition or heater didn't do a good job for the air to circut.

Very Nice

Great hotel with lots of things to do: casino, pool/hot tubs, modern fitness equip/center, spa, saloon open all night, nice cafe and awesome (but a bit pricey) restaurant across the street with beautiful lake view. Only minor issue is no nearby convenience store within walking distance.

Great except for bed

Worn out bed (edges broken down from people sitting), but great hotel. Loved the Regency Club.

Expensive, but attentive

On the first night our heating/air conditioning unit rattled like a giant snare drum every 30 - 45 minutes. The next night we were upgraded to a suite for free. That made up for the lost night's sleep.
