Wonderful Stay

The hotel staff was very courteous and willing to help in any way theu could. The rooms were very comfortable. The hotel hiosted several weddings while we were there without interfering with the other guests comfort. They allowed a car club to use one complete parking lot for a car show and set up a fast food line in that parking lot for the show attendees. Even with one lot closed off, there was still plenty of parking spaces.

Clean but pricey

The hotel was clean. The rooms nice. The beds comfortable. The staff friendly. However, everything is an added charge. Internet service, water bottles, breakfast. We will not stay here again. Pool was clean, but very small and poorly lit.

Needs Improvment

HOTEL NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. NEEDS TO HAVE MORE PERKS FOR THE PRICE. I STAYED THERE BECAUSE THE CONVENTION THAT I WAS ATTENDING WAS BEING HELD AT THAT SITE. NEXT TIME I WOULD STAY AT A PLACE IN THE SURROUNDING AREA.

The hotel does not offer free wireless anywhere in the hotel. Not very nice.

Home for Christmas

Wonderful "home away from home" during our visit to Grandma and Grandpa during the Christmas holidays. The pool and fitness room were pristine; the service was prompt and cheerful and the room was comfortable. We will stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Staff was courteous and willing to help. Good, clean facilities; pool, fitness center, etc. Bring your own snacks and refreshments, no food vending machine and $3.00 soda machine

The Hyatt Regency in Dearborn is a nice hotel, great location, nice people, but the rooms could use a remodeling.

Beautiful Hotel

The hotel was beautiful. Everyone working there was polite. The room was very nice for the price. We did have a couple problems. The chair at the desk was very comfortable but broke when my husband sat in it (he is not a big man) and almost fell over. The shower was nice but the water didn't drain as it should have. The tub was almost filled by the time I finished my shower. There was also a constant noise in the room that was almost like water running in the next room. It never stopped and was quite loud. We did not bring these issues to the hotel's attention until checkout due to the fact that we were celebrating and we had numerous plans so didn't have time to switch rooms. But I would still stay there again since I have no doubt they would have made it right with us if they had been given the chance.
