Outstanding hotel

Excellent stay and friendly staff

Great room for the money

Close to Marta Station, restaurants and other hotels. Restaurant food was excellent. All employees were very friendly and helpful.

Average

Nice clean hotel. Room was really noisy. It's basically in a tower with three elevators in the middle. Rooms are not well insulated because you can hear a lot of what goes on in the next room, and you can hear the elevators all night long. Definatly don't recommend if you are a light sleeper.

Amazing hotel

When I walked in, I was amazed by the beautiful lobby. It was very large and contained everything a person may need. The service was great, and my room couldn't have been nicer.

Meals

The meal options were out of this world. The best I could do for veggies was a cucumber salad at lunch. Steakhouse is the only option for dinner after 2:00 pm. With few options in the local area, the hotel should offer a greater variety.

Great Hotel - Poor Valet Service

Overall the hotel was great - the room was nice and very spacious. The only downfall regarding the room was that the bathroom could have been cleaner. It looked like someone had spilt some on the floor and it had splattered onto the door, floor and tub. But what bothered us the most was parking. All self parking was full and we had to valet park. Later when we called to get our car they couldn't find our vehicle and they continued to hang up on us or transfer us to a different area. Then later when we dropped off the car again and the next morning when we went to go pick it up the valet attendants were too busy arguing with each other and they wouldn't acknowledge us. When we asked them to take our car they ignored us and continued on with their conversation to their co-worker. Eventually, we waited over 15-20 minutes for someone to take our car or take our valet tag to get our vehicle. For $27/night valet could have treated their guests better.

Great room for the money

It was a very pleasant stay. We were able to check in early, settle in our room before we were off to our destination. The location was great in walking distance of attractions and great restaurants.

Wonderful

the staff was really great. we had a sick child and they were very helpful in taking care of that problem. parking for a visitor was an issue, but the staff took care of it without our asking. everyone was freindly and very helpful.

Would stay again

It list having an indoor pool, however all they have is an outdoor pool only.
