Quiet, Friendly, Decent Breakfast

Stayed for 2 nights on business really like the layout of the rooms and the big screen TV. Friendly staff, very clean.

Lovely hotel and facility.

The only complaint is that the hotel address is too new for GPS so plan to use YahooMaps or equivalent to find the facility. If, by chance, you happen to have mail/packages mailed to your attention, be sure to notify the front desk because they may not notify you when packages are received. Otherwise, staff are wonderful; breakfast is delightful; computers available at no charge; rooms are large, clean and very comfortable.

Perfect stay

The hotel staff was VERY friendly, the room and cleanliness exceeded my standards and the location was perfect! The hotel provided shuttle service to any of the locations at that shopping center which was 24hrs.. i will definatly stay again!

Top of the list

Outstanding property. Rooms are the nicest in this category in the industry. I have recommended this hotel to friends and family and they all thank me after. Staff is very nice and helpful and the shuttle service to local shopping and dinning is so convenient. The location is perfect and convenient. All this for the price it is the best deal out there.

Excellent Service for the Money

This was my first time staying at a Hyatt Place and I have to say it was great. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped with getting directions and dinner. The in-hotel dining is quite good, but a little on the pricey side. The room is very clean and modern. I liked how they had a living room area and a bed space separated by a partition and the TV was nice too.

Easy access from freeway. Beautiful lobby. Nice breakfast area. Rooms are top-notch.

Loved it!

Great hotel for the money. All the staff had excellent customer service, great customer report. The beds and bedding were the most comfortable of any hotel I've stayed at. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The decorating and furniture were high quality. The continental breakfast was excellent. Definitely will stay with Hyatt Place again.

The ONLY place I stay in Phoenix

I have to go to ASU for business quite often and I regularly stay in this hotel. It is brand new, the employees are extremely friendly and helpful and the rates are ridiculously good for the quality. I HIGHLY recommend Hyatt Place.

Great Value

I'm a former business traveler, and was traveling for family reasons when I stayed at the Hyatt Place on a Friday night. Clearly, this hotel has answered the business traveler's needs - spot on. There were a couple normal amenities that were missing - lotion and a shower cap? The noise level increased when the bars let out at 2am. The walls seemed a little thin? Overall, a clean and comfortable stay for the price.
