Great Rooms

Nice large rooms. Very comfortable and great staff

Good stay

The hotel looks very nice. The breakfast was great had variety of cereals, bread, fruits, coffee etc... The rooms are clean n it looks great. However, walls were too thin we could hear our neighbors in their rooms n in the hallways. The bathroom was clean but small. Other than that I wouldn't stay here for a vacation getaway bcuz it's in the middle of a couple business buildings but if your just passing by Arizona I would reccomend it.

OK for business

We stayed 2 nights in the Hyatt Place. The rooms are really nice and large (double bed room with pull out queen sofa bed. Nice space and clean room, bathroom etc. This is a great place to stay for business but for a family we will pass next time. The pool is as big as my tub at home. The continental breakfast was dissappointing. It was a COLD breakfast only. If you wanted any HOT items, there was a fee. I think we would have done better at another hotel or resort, but for the average business traveler this was a nice place to stay. Location was good next to the mall and a lot of restaurants and right off the expressway.

Great hotel and price!

My husband and I had a great night's stay here because we loved the comfortable beds and the huge plasma screen tv. It was unique and stylish..the only complaint was the pool that is not very big..and Phoenix was hot for a dip in the pool. I enjoyed the fresh fruit from the continental breakfast and coffee and it was really wonderful for the price. The location is just off the freeway in a private business section, and so it was a quiet night's stay. Overall, the stay was great and comfortable for all of us.

I was happy with the entire experience, from the friendly check in rep to the great room, the only down was the room was nonsmoking which I missed

Great room for price

The hotel looks like it would be more expensive than what the room price shows. Great decor in the rooms as well as being quiet and clean. Can't go wrong with complimentary breakfast but if I want to get picky, I would suggest a waffle-maker to the breakfast room. The only issue I had was the faucet in the room did not have the end piece on and was getting water all over the counter. That was the least of my worries as the rest of the room, including fridge and separate sink, made up for any minor deficiency. I would definitely stay again!

Great Place to relax and rest

The rooms were very comfortable and very modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had made the reservation earlier that evening and pulled in late. The front desk was very friendly, greeting me even at that late night check in. The beds were comfortable and very hard to climb out of, I just wanted to sleep longer (did I mention that the beds were comfortable). The complementary breakfast was a great way to start the day. I plan on staying there again. You will not be disappointed.
