Outstanding Hotel, Great foom for the money.

I have told other folks about this hotel and they have stayed here and loved it. I would like to see more of a variety in the breakfast menu.

Outstanding Hotel

The hotel was very nice on the inside and out.We stayed for one night and the room was in excellent condition.The bed was so comfortable. Just the overall, it was a great hotel to stay at.. I would and will recommend this hotel to others.

Good location, and very clean, but not too comfortable

The location of this hotel was excellent. It was near many restaurants and the concert arena that I needed to get to. Good neighborhood. The hotel was also very clean and organized, and it looked nice. However, the towels, sheets and bed covers were so uncomfortable! I don't think they have ever used fabric softener on anything, because it was all so scratchy and hard. I took a shower and felt like my skin was getting sandpapered when I started to dry off. I didn't sleep well because my blanket was scratching me, and it was overall a terrible night. If they would just buy some fabric softener for their laundry, they would be a great place.

Perfect for Quick Business Travel

This hotel is great for our needs - just a day here or there for business travel. The location right off of the highway is perfect (easy access to downtown and most of Cleveland), and the separate sitting area in the room makes having business associates back to the room possible instead of being trapped at the hotel bar. The free wireless is a nice perk, too. The continental breakfast leaves a little to be desired (cold cereal, bagels, yogurt, some fruit), but the small happy hour buffet was a pleasant surprise.

We were suppose to have a king size bed, but instead received a standard size bed and hotel room. Over all stay was pretty good. The hotel was clean, cozy tucked away in a very private area, near major restaurants and movie theater.

Great Family Stay

My mom, daughter and I stayed at the Hyatt Plaza for a girls' weekend. The hotel was clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was clean and we had a great time swimming. The staff was extremely helpful and always smiling. The hotel was located near many restaurants and shopping, and a short drive to Downtown Cleveland. Overall, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Great for the price!

Excellent Hotel and Service

This hotel brought all the comforts of a 5 start hotel for an amazing price. The customer service was great. My room was very comfortable and clean.

Great place to stay

From the moment my husband and I walked in the door we were met with an enthusiastic staff that was more than happy to help us out. We received a tour of the hotel and were given the run down on everything the hotel had to offer. We also got some some excellant recommendations for places to eat and things to see while we were in town. I would definitely stay here again!!
