Need to fix Advertising

The breakfast they advertise is not quite what you get. Starbucks coffee you must pay extra for, you get Seattle's Best coffee free with breakfast. Waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage are all over $6 each person. Toast, cereal, milk, juice are the free items included with continental breakfast. The double beds are comfortable but small, for a hotel like this they should be queen size. Overall the room was very nice, the carpets felt a little wet under your feet though. The room was clean but I agree with another post about the soap, there was only one but it was already open and used by the previous guest.

Lotta Bang for the Buck!

From the time we checked in, the staff, and hotel ammenities were all that we hoped. The comfort level was what we expected of a Hyatt. The big screen tv and sitting area added to our comfort in ways that reminded us of home. Add to that a breakfast that made for a pleasant start to everyday, and our weekend was memorable. We'll not stay anywhere else when we're in the area. The hotel staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

Great stay

Excellent room for a great price and right near Busch Gardens. Food was great and staff was very friendly. Our only complaint is that on both nights of our stay we had asked for more blankets and they had none to provide. Instead they gave us extra comforters. It was something as they did aim to please but on two separate nights, remarkable.

Focus on Details....

I went with my family last spring break and for a short summer stay and again the details spoiled a nice hotel with a great location: - The hotel definetely needs major space to accomodate guests during the breakfast time. It's quite uncomfortable roaming the whole lobby begging for a space to eat. - For the second time in less than 4 months after the room was cleaned there were no soaps or toillet paper left by the hotel staff. Do they have a shortage of such items?...do you think that one soap is enough for a family of 4 staying for 4 days?... Once again, small detalis make big differences...

Pleasant staff, great price!

I searched a few other hotels in the area that had not-so-good reviews and they were about $20-30 more. I needed a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed. It was clean enough for us to have walked around barefoot. Some hotels just feel icky inside, even the bed, but not this one. The decor was very modern. The only thing was it smelled a little like wet carpet when we first walked in but not necessarily moldy. We just figure they had recently shampooed it or something. Not a big deal for us. Pool was clean, Will stay again.

Outstanding Hotel

This was a great hotel! The room was beautiful and very clean. The location in relation to Busch Gardens was perfect (within 5 minutes). The complementary breakfast was acceptable.

Amazing Value!

We were extremely satisfied with this hotel! Did not expect the room to be as nice as it was for the money we paid! Will definately return!

Breakfast space

My recommendation to the hotel is to have a better tables distribution for breakfast space.

the hotel was great and very close to the attractions, only two things that could have been better is the breakfast, not much choices and the price could have been a little better.
