Hyatt Place Busch Gardens

The lobby and the room was very nice, great decor, comfortable bed, nice rotating 42" lcd tv, wet bar area, nice desk with internet connection and wi-fi. When checking in, an employee was super nice and took me on a tour to show me where everything was. Very courteous and professional. Problems were that the sink by the bathroom was VERY slow to drain and the faucet was loose...our room was on the first floor by an entrance door and we heard the door closing and opening and people talking too loud all night long...the hotel was very close to a not so great residential neighborhood that we didn't feel very comfortable driving through, but it's also a very short drive from the University Mall and nice restaurants. All in all, we would stay again.

The breakfast they advertise is not quite what you get. Starbucks coffee you must pay extra for, you get Seattle's Best coffee free with breakfast. Waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage are all over $6 each person. Toast, cereal, milk, juice are the free items included with continental breakfast. The double beds are comfortable but small, for a hotel like this they should be queen size. Overall the room was very nice, the carpets felt a little wet under your feet though. The room was clean but I agree with another post about the soap, there was only one but it was already open and used by the previous guest.
