Great hotel, very well located, withing walking distance to all activities and far enough from the noise, I feel bad for the people that stayed in hotels where all the music was playing, very clean, nice surroundings and good food, nice experience, I reccomend

Service and Attention plus plus plus

Had a problem with room keycard for door - they couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating - they bent way over backwards to make sure I was happy. The best courtesy I have received in 40 years of traveling. Location was great - on the water - swimming skidoos - the works. Staff friendly and very helpful apart from the door thing. Food great too - try the pasta! Loved it all.

Will definitely stay here again

We just got back from here, and it was fantastic. The rooms were just updated, and are very modern and clean. We got a nice package that included a full gourmet breakfast (not just muffins and cereal)and sat on the outside deck every morning eating. All watersports are right behind the hotel or you can cross the street and select from others. The beginning of Duval is walking distance, as is Mallory Square where everybody goes to see the sunset. It is well worth the price in my opinion and you wont be sorry.

This was a paycation.

Hotel was clean and well maintained,however, we were told that free wi-fi was included. They ment to say it is available for 9.95 per day. They have a pool towel fee charge per day even if you never use the pool as we did not. The staff was unable to tell us reliable information on the area and pushed for us to book or rent everything from them. The room does not have a tub, no microwave and the bed and pillows were just a step above laying on a rock. Will not stay here ever again. The Bell hop was very nice and personable, other staff members need an injection of personality.

The Hyatt Key West is great.

This hotel is worth the money. It is great for all things...from stayin in your room to walking to all the shops or bars. If your taste is more wild just call the front desk and jet-ski adventures, charter boat fishing, or an evening sail can be arranged. One thing if the sale of staying 3 nights and get 4th free,book all 4 nights at one time. We did not but the hotel manager fixed it for us with just one mention that we had to leave earlier than planed. very cool place.

I loved this hotel! There were so many things to do or to "not" do! The entire staff was so very pleasant and outgoing. The only complaint I have was how slow the breakfast waitstaff was four mornings in a row.

Amazing Hotel!

The Hyatt Key West exceeding our expectations in every way. The rooms were fabulous and the location is perfect. The outdoor bar by the pool is also one of the best we've enjoyed. The staff was also more than accomodating in every way. We'll will be back!
