    The property is gorgeous. The rooms were nicely furnished and generally comfortable, although I wish our room had a couch instead of two chairs. The fireplace is a great touch because I stayed here in the winter. They offered local jams for your bread at breakfast. My only complaint is that the winery was undergoing renovations so we still got to do the wine tasting but didn't get to do a winery tour.

Location. The Huff Estates Inn & Winery is located in rural Bloomfield, Ontario, Canada. Downtown Bloomfield is four kilometers from the property. The shops and dining of downtown Picton is 10.5 kilometers from the inn. Hiking and water sports at Sandbanks Provincial Park is 12.5 kilometers away.

Features. Huff Estates is set amid a vineyard. Its operational winery bottles red and white varietals, including Chardonnay, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc. The steel-and-concrete winery is built four feet into the ground, allowing the wines to age in a subterranean environment. Its grounds include a waterfall and a moat-enclosed patio. Guests are entitled to complimentary tastings of the house's label, sold under the Huff Estates brand. Complimentary buffet-style breakfasts are served daily. Two conference rooms can be combined to accommodate up to 36 people. The Huff Estates Inn & Winery is a smoke-free property.

Guestrooms. The inn's 21 guestrooms and suites offer private patios with pergolas and vineyard views. The interior decor reflects the earthy palette of this lakeside agricultural region. Pillowtop beds come with 400-thread-count linens. All accommodations feature flat-screen televisions, complimentary high-speed Internet access and daily newspapers. Refrigerators and wine glasses are provided. Standard guestrooms offer bathrooms with multi-headed showers, while suite bathrooms offer jetted tubs and separate showers.
