Needs Improvement

My room was right near the storage closet, which was always open and looked really dingy. To think that all our laundry was coming from there made me really nauseated. The room was okay but I did suspect that the sheets weren't being cleaned everyday.The hall ways and corridors were also not very clean and could have been maintained much better.

Need improvement

Located near Newyork. Hotel provides shuttle service to NY which is good. Room was not cleaned properly. Considering the price I paid, I am not satisfied with the hotel. I would recomend the hotel only if you want a place to spend the night and rush to NY in the morning.

Great room for the money

This hotel was good for the money that we paid. It was located nearer to the New York City downtown and had good transaporation between the hotel and downtown.

Excellent service

This hotel had excellent service staff. They were very warm. They ordered very nice Indian food for us and very ready to help. The shuttle service to NY was very useful. The rooms looked a bit old and dark, but were comfortable. The room had all facilities - fridge, tv, microwave, dryer, iron, safe. The hotel is at a height, so you may feel it tough when you return tired after your day's trip. But overall good place for the price.

good for the money

this hotel looks HORRID from the outside, i almost did not go in. However, room was very clean, big room, microwave, fridge, courteous staff, they have a shuttle that takes you into manhatten for a GREAT price, so all in all it turned out to be a good deal.

Good for the money...

For the money we paid (Very Cheap) and its location, I would say it was ok. Carpet was just miserable. Badly needs new carpet or at leats a good deep clean up. Besides that, room was ok. You are only 10 minutes from Manhattan. Breakfast is ok too. Right next to hotel (just about 40 yards) there's a great Argentinian Restaurant called La Fusta also you can walk to.

Waste of Money

This hotel was a "dump". The lock on the door was broken off, there is not adequate parking, the breakfast was basically nonexistent(Coffee,Juice,or milk)

Not what I had in mind.

This hotel was sub par. The door on the room didn't even close all the way. The room I stayed in was facing the busy highway into New York. Large trucks were screaming by all night. The bed was hard. and the bathroom was tiny. Upside was the room had a fridge and a microwave. Unfortunately the fridge made loud noises and I had to unplug it anyway. The breakfast was great. Decent variety of foods, all good. I would no recommend this hotel. I would splurge next time and stay in the city.

Good deal

Good for the price. Room was in fine condition and staff was friendly. Within walking distance to bus stop that will get you downtown much cheaper than the hotel shuttle
