Good Price for sleep

The hotel is split into 2 section and both have pools that are clean. The staff is courtious and helpful. Room is cleaned up every morning with new/clean towels. The hotel is nothing fancy, just if you want a good price on a hotel that you want to just dump your stuff while you're out on the town and get back to catch some zzzz's. Would definitely visit again if I'm going to seaworld again, it about 10-15min from there. My experience: I reserved 3 rooms that I paid for but only one was under my name the other 2 were under my sisters' names (my sisters' did not make the trip after all) and HoJo did not allow me to check into all 3 rooms. I had to contact hotels.com and have them make the changes and fax the hotel the paperwork of the change to grant me my keys. The process took about an hour and had no problems for the remainder of the trip. Thx hotels.com and HoJo

You get what you pay for!

It's good if you are looking for a night to sleep. We stayed only one night. There is no internet like it states in the detail page & the ice machine was broken other than this it was ok.

Too expensive for bad conditions

First of all the check in time was 3:00 pm, to be that late you would expect that the rooms will be ready by the time you get there, but they did not have any rooms ready so we had to stay in a room for disable people, which did not had a door for the bathroom. There was a leak too, it seemed like the room does not have maintenance.

photos are decieving

It is not as the photos make it out to be...they look like they are in the process of remodling the hotel.....but I could have stayed a newer nicer hotel for 10.00 more a night....I will never come back to this hotel

Very Friendly!

We stayed at this hotel while visiting San Antonio for my cousin's basic training graduation at Lackland AFB. The hotel staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was ready by 6am which was good because we had to get over to the base early. The hotel is very close to the AFB and convenient to downtown. Rooms were so-so, but worth the price paid. I would recommend them to anyone visiting that doesn't want to spend a lot on a hotel.

close to everything we wanted to see

this is my second stay at this hotel first time was just something i bought but i requested this hotel on my return stay,,mgr mary was very nice as to my requests,,and asst or nite clerk which ever the title of ted he checked several times as to my satifaction of room and service,,thanks ted,,looking forward to my next visit to san antonio,,great,,,jerry

outstanding hotel

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Will stay there again when in San Antonio.

Great if your visiting someone on base

we stayed here to visit my friend who completed basic tanning at Lackland AFB its a great location to stay if your in town for that because the base is 2 blocks away. the rooms are kinda lacking no microwave, refrigerator and a very tiny bathroom. the staff was very friendly and there is a pool for each side of the hotel. bottom line if you want something real close to the base stay here but if your in San Antonio for other things stay somewhere else because for the price we could've stayed somewhere a lot nicer in a better neighborhood
