Best hotel we've stated at yet.we were tired of the cold breakfast in the morning other hotels give and for once we found one that serves hot breakfast.very comfortable and great location.

1. The front desk people was not so helpful or friendly. 2. Toilet was not working at all, so we couldn't use the restroom. 3. Water in the bathtub running all night so we couldn't sleep. 4. Location was a little difficult to find. I will definitely not coming back to this hotel again.

A fellow rewiewer mentioned extra charges, so I was prepared when the the desk clerk charged a "processing fee" upon check in. Only $1.08, but seemingly needless. Bring your own iron (the room iron sucked) but at least it had an iron and ironing board. About 15 minutes from the river walk and maybe 5 minutes from six flags so the location made up for a cheap room (and kinda made everything else forgivable)

This hotel trys to charge you additional fees when the room is already paid for. The owner/manager is horrible and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Do NOT stay here. I have never been treated this bad before and this was from the owner and manager of this hotel. They try to charge an additional fee when the room is already paid for through hotels.com. When I questioned the the fee, they made excuses and then became furious and asked me to leave that they don't need my business. The worst business owner I have ever met.

The hotel is in a good location but it is not well maintained. The room was dirty and there were hairs on our sheets from the previous guests. Our toilet clogged up around 2:30 that afternoon, when we got back around 10:30 it was STILL not taken care of. We had to unclog it ourselves because no one EVER came to take care of it. The front desk manager never said "thank you" just chucked the room key across the desk and that was it. Acted as though he was too busy to speak or smile. We won't be staying here again.

After booking the room on hotels.com, I called the hotel to see if it was possible to check in early. The person I talked to advised that I would be able to check in early even 4 hrs early. When I got to the hotel, the front desk person told me I couldn't check in til 2:00pm. I then tried to advise that I called on Friday the week before to get permission to check in early. The man then proceded to talk to my sister's boyfriend who was with us. The desk clerk then gave the rooms keys to the boyfriend and told him that he would have the room cleaned in about ten minutes, completely ignoring me who paid for the room to begin with. I'm the one paying for the room, yet I'm the one that was treated like a second class citizen. I was extremely ticked. I will not use this hotel ever again.
