Great hotel if your NOT planning to stay in the room long

The customer service is not the greatest and it is not in tip-top shape. Also they only have about 5 parking spots on site so if you do drive there you will have to pay to park elsewhere. You basically paying for a okay hotel with a Gret location. It is a good hotel if you want to be in downtown toronto and not spend a lot of time in the room.

after 3 rooms i surrendered

no one can make a decision at this hotel except the manager (who has limited authority and is never thee when needed) or the owner who supposedly is in from 9 to 10am only. this hotel was horrible. i could go on but i will leave it as above.

Need Improvement

The room appearance was worn - patched ceiling, and peeling walpaper. The mattress had a huge bump in the middle, and the lack of properly fitted sheets made for a restless night.

For the area I was staying in the price of this hotel was very fair. The hotel was clean and quite and this makes a differance for business travel. I believe that you get what you pay for and I was aware of the purchase I was making.

Customer Service

Staff needs to improve on customer service. We got there after spending the entire day in the car and where greeted with disinterest and attitude.

Reasonable for the money

Room old fashion. Parking location inconvenient to hotel for luggage etc Phones need updating No coffee maker in room.Limited towels. Very sparce contim\nental breakfast. However located in best part of Toronto so a good room rate for this location was the appeal
