Fabulous Getaway Location!!

We loved our stay at Hounds Tooth Inn!! The room was wonderful and so was the breakfasts!! Both innkeepers were super sweet & even upgraded us because there were rooms still available. We loved our spa tub & fireplace...especially in crisp November. The evening wine bar was also a delightful bonus. It was also nice to have a great location to grocery stores and restaurants. It gave us a wide variety of choices both taste & price-wise. But it still felt private, quaint, peaceful and off the beaten path. We were able to visit both Bass Lake & Yosemite because the Inn was so close to both. It was truly a relaxing & refreshing getaway!

Great B&B near Yosemite

Loved the Houndstooth and would highly recommend it to friends and family, it was a clean, comfortable, and well appointed B&B with a great location near Yosemite and in the great little town of Oakhurst. We were travelling with a five week old infant, and Bill was very gracious and accomodated our needs by upgrading us without even asking. We will definitely stay again when we are back and have more time to spend in the area.

Great B&B

The B&B was superb. Being built as a B&B it had all of the conveniences and none of the inconveniences (like walking to find a bathroom). It was spacious, quiet, and very nicely furnished. We loved the gas fireplace and will try the spa next time. Owners were a little more introverted than I'm use to at a B&B -- they didn't voluntarily come out to visit and chat, only to check if the breakfast was okay. Sometimes we find the chatting from the owners of B&Bs very relevant to what is going on in the area. Wouldn't change anything at the B&B itself.
