    We stayed in this hotel on three different occasions over a two week period. The location was great, the staff was nice and helpful and the rooms were all clean an of a respectable size. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, convenient and comfortable hotel in Bucharest.

Location. The Hotel Venezia is located in Bucharest, Romania, within 700 metres of University Square which houses the National Theatre. Aurel Vlaicu International Airport (BBU) is 20 kilometres from the hotel.

Hotel Features. The Hotel Venezia is an ornate boutique hotel which combines modern luxuries with classical decor. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk can advise guests on local sightseeing and there are complimentary newspapers offered in the lobby. There is also a dry cleaning service. The hotel bar has a large plasma screen television and serves cocktails, soft drinks and coffee in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.

Complimentary wireless Internet access is available.

Guestrooms. The hotel's 49 guestrooms all have bathrooms with bathrobes, hairdryers and designer toiletries. Amenities include complimentary wireless Internet, satellite television and minibars. All rooms are air-conditioned and decorated in old Venetian style, with marble and brass ornamentation.

Expert Tip. Cismigiu Gardens, 200 metres from the hotel, were built around the lake there between 1847-54, under the supervision of the Austrian landscape artist Carl F.W. Meyer. The Garden is perfect for summer walks and boating takes place on the lake. In the winter months, the lake is used as an ice rink.
