Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 11Great location and great food in the restaurant
Convinient location, helpful staff. Room maintenance and cleanliness may need some improvement but that doesn't impact overall impression of this hotel. Dinner bufet is awesome (not cheap though).

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 6 of 11If you like being treated like dirt and get little for your money, try this hotel
We were nickle-and-dimed for every little thing. When we asked at the restaurant whether breakfast was included, an employee told us "That depends on your room number" and walked us over to reception where we were told by arrogant and haughty people at reception that the price of our room (which wasn't that inexpensive) didn't include breakfast. The walk of shame and the putdown: nice way to treat your guests. I was told that I could work out in their tiny "gym." But when I went down there, ready to exercise, the room was hot, incredibly humid, and smelling very strongly of chlorine from the pool in the adjoining room, to which the door was open! If I had tried to work out there, I would have passed out in short order. So I had to scuttle my plans to work out. Actually, the smell of chlorine was so strong that we could even smell it on the fourth floor! Oh, and don't expect to find any minifridge in the room. Our room was miniature, with a sloping ceiling inhibiting normal movement in the room, and two teeny windows that let in almost no light. For the following nights, we moved to a hotel in Quebec City for an immeasurably better (and much cheaper) experience: larger rooms, no chlorine smell, breakfast included, etc.
