Great Location and Nicely Decorated

I stayed there for 4 nights for a conference at the nearby conference center, and the overall trip was great. The room was small but the quality was good. The hotel restaurant had nice ambience but the serving portion was on the "European" side as well. Would consider staying there again.

Great Hotel

Wonderful hotel, excellent staff, gret location. Restaurant Kevin Taylor a must for dinner. The only downside is the construction right outside the front door.

Excellent hotel overall

Small but comfortable room. Excellent wireless speed, HD flat screen TV with a good selection of digital HD channels. The bed and bedding was also as good as it gets. The bath and shower were also absolutely wonderful. If I had to find a quibble with this room it would be the desk chair--I'd rather have an adjustable office-type chair on wheels rather than the dining room style chair provided. The hotel itself is in the theater district one block from the Larimer Square shopping and dining district and 2-3 blocks from the 16th Street Mall. They provide a free Escalade to shuttle guests anywhere downtown. All in all a great hotel.

Great Weekend Get-a-Way

This hotel is the real deal. Clearly one of the nicest in Denver and convenient to Larimer Square, Theater, and other downtown venues. Great bed, high-end finishes. And great week-end rates for such a quality hotel. Minimal criticism for a slightly loud airconditioner and we didn't have much of a view. But we'll go back again and again.

Great hotel at a reasonable price

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room and bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The Aveda bath products were also pleasant. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was cheaper than many of the other large chain hotels I saw when booking, and I imagine that this is a nicer hotel! There are nice areas nearby, so it is easy to walk to restaurants and shopping, and a walking path along the river made for great convenience when staying at this hotel. I'd definitely stay here again, especially at this price!

Incredible Hotel!

Everything about Hotel Teatro is perfect: wonderful staff, best mattress and linens I have ever experienced and a perfect location. One of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the USA or Europe.

Excellent place to stay

My stay at Hotel Teatro was so pleasant, I can't wait to go back there again. The location was perfect, easy to drive to, easy access to surrounding shopping by walking. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The hotel was spotless. The valet service was excellent (it is a little pricey at $28/day. The service from all other staff was very friendly and professional. The dining at Kevin Taylor was superb. I will absolutely make this my Denver hotel from now on.

Great location!

Our stay at the Teatro Hotel was really good overall. Great location because we easily walked to restaurants and bars, and to see a Rockies baseball game at Coors Field. That was really convenient. Our only complaint - the restaurant. We ate breakfast at the restaurant off the lobby and it was really poor. It may have just been what we ordered, but the eggs were so undercooked, I didn't eat them, and the potatoes were just defrosted chopped pototes with way too much salt. It seems if you're going to pay $11 for breakfast, it should be of higher quality! However, the server was really nice and accomodating. He asked if I would like something else instead, but at that point, I was turned off. He also took the charge for that breakfast off of the check without any prompting from us, so that was really appreciated. But the menu needs some work. Otherwise, we had a comfortable stay. If at all possible, try to request a room on one of the higher floors so you can actually get a view of the mountains. We finally got a great view after I asked if we could see the otehr available rooms. We ended up taking smaller room that we originally reserved, but the amazing view made it all worthwhile.
