Poor Value

The hotel was difficult ot find because the signs were for a different hotel chain not Best Western. My "no smoking" room had burn marks from cigs on the vanity in the bathroom and stank. The furniture was old and the mattress was worn out. I suspect that is why complete rooms of furniture were being offered for sale in the lobby for $250. The locks on my room malfunctioned and it took three trips to the front desk to get into my room and the locks fixed.

Hope their renovations improve this hotel!

I just stayed here over night for a friend's birthday. I was told beforehand that they hotel was undergoing renovations as part of a buy out from another chain. Our room smelled like paint, which you quickly got used to. But there were mattresses and furniture lining the halls. I didn't think that the bathroom looked clean at all, it had wallpaper scraps and dust that obviously hadn't been swept up. But I didn't think that was that big of a deal. When we got up in the morning, my friend said that she suspected her bed wasn't clean. The sheets had stains and then we noticed her pillow had now case on it. Yuck! The staff was friendly and helpful but I wouldn't say knowledgeable. The room numbers are laid out in a weird way. We had an odd number room but every other odd number room had a door on the outside. Normally the staff will tell you where your room is but they didn't. We also had to leave the shower running for almost a full 5 minutes to get hot water. I could never get the TV to come on either. But since we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, it wasn't a big deal. All in all, it wasn't a hotel experience I'd like to repeat. The location was great and the price was right but I'm used to a little more service and standards.

Best West Stay

We stayed at the Best West to attend our son's graduation. Our room was clean and the service was good. You can't beat it for the price. The hotel has a restaurant, fitness room and pool. Some of the rooms were being remodeled and upgraded which is good for future reference. We would stay there again.

strange hotel

almost couldn't find the hotel, apparently it was recently a ramada. lots of things in room did not work. hotel didn't take responsiblity. we got a great rate, but will pay a bit more next time to get better quality!

if going to compete with surrounding hotels need fix lobby area update rooms
