Good Rooms at a great price

The hotel had looked like it had just been renovated the TV was espcially nice being a new flat panel and a lot of cable stations to choose from. The staff was friendly also, I would return if I was to visit Santa Clara again

Nice remodel

This hotel had some reviews that gave me a bit of a shady impression of this hotel. It is motor lodge with the room doors opening to the outside. However, the rooms are remodeled with new paint, furniture, carpet, crown molding and appliances. The flat screen TV was nice and the bed was very comfortable and the room is big. I would stay here again.

Excellent room!

The room I stayed in was very clean and cleaned everyday of my stay. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the large size room. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

needs improvement

hotel staff is rude.

you get what you pay for

checking in...took them 30 minutes to find my reservation and it was downhill from there. Just a dive motel all around

Not Recommended

The hotel was not kept up and our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and had burn marks on the furniture. The sheets didn't look or feel clean and the pillowcases had mold on them.

The hotel manager is an old pathetic guy. It's like a mom and pop hotel.

Try to find another airport hotel

Ok, I just needed a place to stay to catch an early plane, so I got the cheapest online deal I could find. Turned out to be a classic "motel" with two levels of rooms all facing the street. The manager was nice, and it did have a free internet connection (one of my few requirements), but the room was a huge disappointment. We got a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke! The sheets and blanket (one) were thin, worn, and reeked of bleach. The rug was threadbare and dirty. I though of asking for another room but it was rainy, late, and I was tired. If you need to stay somewhere close to the San Jose airport, find another hotel.

"Needs Improvement"

The room smelled like mold and mildew. We also found loose pills (tylenol PM) under the edge of the bed that did not belong to us. We had small children that luckily did not find them first.
