Great Hotel

Enjoy our visit to this hotel in the beautiful city of Strasbourg. The location was convenient but away from the hustle and bustle of city noise. Very helpful staff and wonderful breakfast.

Great Hotel

It was a great hotel... Nice view.. luxurious, it had real wooden furniture, and Villeroy & Boch ceramic sinks.. Very clean... Comfort was excellent.

worth staying a couple of nights

Not a bad hotel. Good value and the room was fairly big. Very helpful and nice staff. Pretty expensive breakfast which is fairly uninteresting compared to Chocolate shop in 100 m from the hotel. Excellent location. Very noisy conditioner. This place does have a feel of a classical European hotel.

Excellent Hotel

Hotel located behind Post Office near Tram Station. Tram can be caught at rail station. Staff very friendly and have very good English skills.

Great Hotel

This hotel, situated within a 5 minute stroll to the tram, and about 5-10 minutes from the Cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-Strasbourg, was simply awesome. Great clean rooms, friendly staff, and a computer to use in the lobby in case you don't feel like spending 10 euro for an hour of internet in your room. Breakfast is a little pricey, but that's solved by going around the cathedral area where there are a ton of shops, or with a tram ride and a walk to Petit France.

Great Location and Classic Feel

On our recent stay at the Hotel Contades, we got a great room -- large for most European standards -- and were in a great location. We wanted a more "classic"/european feel and we got it at the Hotel Contades. We wanted to stay close the Cathedral, but it worked out fine to be at Hotel Contades. There was a slight problem at checkout as our reservation included breakfast, but this wasn't in the record on the hotel's system. But, I showed them my receipt and they easily adjusted our bill.
